Machinery
Our production plant is equipped with ultramodern machinery incorporating state-of-the-art processing technologies that allow optimal monitoring of the production process. This and inline QC guarantees our consistently high quality levels. We can supply master batches or compounds in quantities varying from 25 to 100,000 kg.
Our production lines are made up of the following:
• 2 x double-helix compounding extruders with underwater pelletisers
• 1 x large double-helix compounding extruder with side feeder
• 2 x small double-helix extruders with strand pelletisers.
• 1 x small double-helix extruder with hot face cutting.
• 3 x single-helix extruders with strand pelletisers.
• 2 x mixing silos for master batch and compound homogenization (2–20 tons)
